What we store
We store your photo temporarily until the pass is created, then delete the separate upload. We retain the pass, which contains your photo, along with your text, email, and order records. Wallet updates also use device registration identifiers and push tokens. Your browser extracts the photo from the pass for previews and editing.
Use and sharing
We use this information to fulfill purchases, support users, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, our legal bases are contract performance, legitimate interests in operating the service, and legal obligations. We do not sell your data or use photos for advertising.
Gift-link holders can see the photo, notes, and sender email. Keep your management link private. Hosting and payment providers may process data outside your country. Dodo Payments receives checkout information, not your photo, under its Privacy Policy. We do not store full card details or use advertising or analytics cookies. Dodo Payments may use its own checkout cookies.
Retention and your choices
Expiry ends access but does not automatically delete pass files or older versions. Unfinished uploads remain for payment recovery, then are deleted after confirmed cancellation, checkout expiry, or successful creation. Order records may remain for support and legal requirements.
Email us to request access, correction, or deletion, including if someone else uploaded your photo. We may verify your identity. Other rights, including objection, restriction, portability, and complaints to a data protection authority, depend on your location. Deletion ends hosting; we cannot delete copies saved by recipients.
