We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds after a pass or edit is created. This does not limit legal refund or withdrawal rights, or refunds available under Dodo Payments' Buyer Terms. Creating a pass alone does not waive those rights.
Problems with your purchase
If your purchase was not delivered or does not work as described, email [email protected] with your order reference. Dodo Payments also handles payment support and refunds through its buyer support page.
A full creation refund disables the gift and management links. An edit refund does not disable the active gift picture. If the edit was delivered, it remains active. If it was not delivered, the previous picture remains active. Refunds cannot remove copies already saved on a device.
